125 г сливочного масла                                                                                                                                                                                                                    2 ст. ложки мелко нарубленных

125 г сахара                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    цукатов

160 г картофельной муки                                                                                                                                                                                                                   2 ст. ложки рома

25 г пшеничной муки                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          1/2 ч. ложки цедры лимона

3 яйца                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           1/2 пакетика ванильного сахара

60 г миндаля                                                                                                                                                                                                                         1/2 ч. ложки соды

75 г засахаренных вишен                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    щепотка соли

2 ст. ложки коринки

1.Масло, сахар, цедру лимона и ванильный сахар взбить, добавить картофельную муку, пшеничную муку, соль, соду и яйца.

2.Миндаль очистить, растереть и добавить с вымытыми и обсушенными ягодами коринки и цукатами в тесто.

3.Вишни нарезать, посыпать мукой и добавить в тесто вместе с ромом.

4.Массу поместить в форму, смазанную жиром, и выпекать 40 минут при срочней температуре.
